“The general meetings planned for Saturday for the financial years 2020 and 2021 as well as the extraordinary general meeting planned in advance for the acquisition of shares in SG Dynamo Dresden Merchandising GmbH will be postponed again to a later date due to the current Saxon coronavirus protection regulation”, it says in one Communication from the association on Tuesday.
The event was originally planned as a 3G event. However, the 2G rules have been in effect in the Free State since Monday. According to this, only those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered have access to restaurants or events.
The new regulation could not ensure “that all members can take part in the most important meeting of the year as planned”, announced the club and added: “As is well known in Saxony, a considerable part of the people and thus also the SGD members are not is vaccinated, this effectively means that these non-vaccinated or non-recovered members would be excluded from participation. ” A new date is not yet known, but more information will follow soon.
The vaccination quota in Saxony is currently only 57.2 percent of the population and thus has the lowest value of all federal states (in the whole of Germany the quota is currently 67.2 percent for comparison). In addition, the state has the highest 7-day incidence in Germany at 483.7.
