Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has enjoyed a scoring club football holiday during the current international break, scoring two goals for the Black Stars during qualifying for the CAF World Cup.

The former Atletico Madrid stalwart scored what turned out to be the winning goal in a 3-1 win against Zimbabwe on Saturday after an impressive solo effort to double Ghana’s lead.

The Ghanaian has yet to find the back of the net for one reason or another, but certainly not for lack of trying.

Despite his efforts, Partey xG when shooting Arsenal it’s a measly 0.046. For whatever reason, be it pressure to break his duck or not, the Ghanaian can’t hit a broadside from a bread factory since arriving in North London, but perhaps finding his goal boots during the international break could be Useful when Arsenal take on Crystal.
