Arsenal fans demand Isak after Sweden’s last impressive goal

Arsenal fans demand Alexander Isak after last impressive Sweden goal

Arsenal fans of the Premier League have taken to social media in numbers tonight, to respond to the last notable goal scored by Swedish talent Alexander Isak.

Swedish feel

The hitman Isak’s name, of course, took center stage in media talk last summer.

This came as the 22-year-old announced his name to a worldwide audience, amid Sweden’s efforts at the European Championship.

Unusually for a headline center forward, Isak actually failed to find the net in four outings for his country at Euro 2020. Instead, the Real Sociedad man began to turn heads thanks to an almost unique combination of size. , touch, athleticism, cunning and a pure eye for the spectacular.

Regular La Liga viewers would have already been well aware of Isak’s remarkable skills in possession, due to a 17-goal shootout in the Spanish top flight during the 2020/21 campaign.

Yet about the 6-foot-4 youngster breaking opposing international baselines gracefully during the summer, others quickly joined the hype train.

Bound for the emirates?

And, as mentioned above, on Saturday night, Isak’s name was back at the center of the talk.

This comes after the 22-year-old scored another sumptuous solo effort for his country, during a World Cup qualifying showdown with Kosovo.

After lifting the ball up the left flank, Sweden’s leading man swiftly slammed into an opposing defender, cutting towards the edge of the box before unleashing an unstoppable forehand into the far top corner.

Isak’s latest efforts, eventually culminating in a comfortable 3-0 win, have not gone unnoticed online.

Fans around the world have taken to social media in their numbers to ask their respective clubs to target the prominent Swede ahead of the January transfer window.

However, one group of supporters in particular has voiced their demands with some distance more often than any other.
