Has Arsenal found its solution in midfield in the former Gunners star?

Wilshere fallen in hard times

Arsenal star Jack Wilshere once had a difficult career, with his undoubted talent hampered by the regularity of his injury problems, which he was dubbed “Jack Wheelchair” by many.

In a revealing interview with The Athletic, the former Arsenal and England player revealed that he felt the door had closed on him in England due to his reputation for injury, but had been training with Como Italian in preseason.

Wilshere made 198 appearances for the Gunners during his first period, but amid Mohammed Elneny’s injury and the loss of both the Egyptian and Thomas Partey at the African Cup of Nations in January, could he be ready to return?

When asked about the possibility of Wilshere coming to train with his side, Mikel Arteta hinted that it was a possibility. saying:

“Jack is a great guy and someone I used to share a dressing room with. He is loved here. Our doors are always open. “

Wilshere responds

Following these comments, Wilshere has again made it clear that he would be very interested in joining the Gunners even for training, and spoke of his admiration for Arteta, with whom he teamed up in midfield on several occasions.

The Englishman said:

“I really enjoyed playing with him, sharing a dressing room with him. Hearing him come out and say that the door is always open is nice. I’m sure I’ll have a conversation with someone from the club in the next few days. ”

Could we see Wilshere back in the Arsenal jersey this season?
