Paul Pogba prepares to make Manchester United transfer to U after Ronaldo’s debut

Paul Pogba is ready to make the U-transfer after Ronaldo's debut

Upside down of Pogba’s transfer of debate

Just two weeks ago, it was assumed that Paul Pogba would leave Manchester United once his current contract expired in the summer of 2022, with PSG and Real Madrid lined up as potential destinations for the Frenchman.

However, according to a report by The Athletic, this is proving less and less likely these days, with Pogba impressed by the additions the club has made this summer.

The Red Devils added class in three positions this summer, including Pogba’s good friend Raphael Varane and world-class Cristiano Ronaldo, and it’s believed to be having an impact on their thinking for the future.

According to David Ornstein:

Recent events are believed to have had a profound effect on Pogba and there is now a feeling that opting to stay with the 20-time English champions is becoming a realistic possibility. ”

Perhaps the most important was the homecoming of Ronaldo, who is believed to have a “The chances are high that it will help him put pen to paper at United.”.

This would provide a huge boost to the Red Devils, who face the alternative possibility of him leaving for free after joining the club for £ 90 million in 2016.

Pogba’s fine form

Certainly, Pogba hasn’t started the season in the spirit of a man wanting to go out, possibly chaining his best performances in the United jersey to date.

Four assists against Leeds United were backed up by another two against Newcastle, bringing his tally for the season to a staggering seven, while he appears to be enjoying the quality that has been placed around him.

If he can keep up the pace throughout the season, he could well break Thierry Henry’s (20) attendance record and help his team lift some much-needed silverware in the process.

Would that finally convince him to stay?
