Why Arsenal’s Emile Smith Rowe missed England U21’s clash with Kosovo

The England Under-21 team returned to action on Tuesday night.

The Young Lions faced Kosovo in a qualifying match for the U21 EURO.

And, when all is said and done, it will be England who takes the three points.

Former Liverpool player Rhian Brewster would open the scoring from the spot after just 11 minutes.

Manchester City’s Cole Palmer then doubled England’s lead before the break, being assisted by Crystal Palace loan officer Conor Gallagher.
