Arsenal’s talented Karl Hein was showered with praise after showing against Wales

Arsenal's talent Karl Hein was showered with praise after holding off Gareth Bale and Wales at the MOTM exhibition

The name of Arsenal star Karl Hein has been featured prominently on social media tonight, on the back of a totally impressive performance for his country.

Frustrated Wales

Hein’s Estonia returned to action recently.

Thomas Haberli’s men made the trip to Cardiff City Stadium not long ago, for the nation’s final qualifying game for the 2022 World Cup.

SinisΓ€rgid headed into proceedings with a rare positive result, having managed to pick up just one point out of nine available before tonight’s action.

And when all was said and done, securing just one second point shot in their qualifying campaign is precisely what Estonia managed.

A frustrating 90 minutes for big favorites Wales finally saw the Dragons at bay by their minnow opponents, en route to a 0-0 draw in Cardiff.

And, as described above, the host problems were largely caused by a promising talent currently on the books of the Premier League giants Arsenal.

The man in question? Karl Hein.

Hein, 19, is highly respected in North London, having moved to the English capital from his home country in the summer of 2019.

The youngster is already a regular at the U23 level with the Gunners and despite his tender years, he made his ninth international appearance tonight.

And Hein’s performance in the man of the match against Wales, which featured top-notch saves from players like Gareth Bale and Tyler Roberts, has not gone unnoticed online since, with just some of the social media praise for him. Arsenal man shown below:
