Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho ruled out for the next two World Cup qualifiers in England

Manchester United's Jadon Sancho ruled out for the next two World Cup qualifiers in England

England vs Andorra

England would begin their international hiatus on Thursday night.

The Three Lions faced Hungary in what was their first match since the final defeat of Euro 2020 against Italy.

Gareth Southgate’s team would dominate the proceedings at Puskas Arena, eventually claiming a resounding 4-0 victory thanks to goals from Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane, Harry Maguire and Declan Rice.

England are now ready to turn their attention to a home clash with Andorra on Sunday afternoon.

Andorra have picked up just one win out of four in their first 2022 World Cup qualifiers and England should have little trouble dispatching them.

England’s last game of the current international break will see them face Poland on Wednesday the 8th.th of September.

Poland currently ranks second in England’s qualifying group and is likely to become their toughest opponent this month.

Sancho out of England draws

However, before the Andorra match, it has been revealed that England will not feature Jadon Sancho in the next two England qualifiers.

The Manchester United midfielder is said to be out with a minor blow.

However, Red Devils fans need not worry too much, as Sancho is expected to recover in time for his clash with Newcastle next weekend:
