Solskjear’s clues window is over for Manchester United despite the obvious need

Ole Gunnar Solskjear hints the window is over for Manchester United despite the seemingly obvious need

Good window for Manchester United so far

Manchester United have enjoyed a fruitful summer transfer window to date, squandering over £ 100m on Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho and Real Madrid center-back Raphael Varane.

Both signings, while not yet fully debuting with the Red Devils, will surely enhance United’s side as they attempt to challenge Manchester City and Chelsea for the Premier League title this season.

However, viewers on social media still feel the team is a central midfielder far from competing for top honors.

Solskjaer hints that the deal is done

However, speaking to Norwegian journalists, Solskjaer hinted that the Red Devils weren’t planning to do any more business this summer.

The Manchester United manager said:

“I don’t think much is going to happen. If something happens, it is a bonus. You never know what happens in the world of football. But we have had a very good window. I am happy with what we have done ”.

United have been linked with a right-back and central midfielder Eduardo Camavinga and Saul Niguez, but they are not believed to have had constructive talks on a possible deal.
