Arsenal and Chelsea fans unite to point chants at Tottenham

Arsenal and Chelsea fans team up to target Tottenham during derby

The respective groups of fans present in the clash between Arsenal and Chelsea momentarily put aside their differences tonight, to target Tottenham.

Lukaku between goals

London’s two biggest clubs, of course, are currently caught up in the Premier League action.

In the match in question, Arsenal welcomed Chelsea to the Emirates, aiming to bounce back from a frankly embarrassing day one loss to newly promoted Brentford.

Thomas Tuchel’s Blues, on the other hand, was looking for a second win in a row, after doing a little job with Crystal Palace last time.

And, as things are in the capital, this is precisely where visitors are heading.

A dominant display in the first half sees Chelsea in possession of a two-goal lead.

The night’s scoreboard opened within the first quarter of an hour, when Reece James’s shot to the face of the goal was easily placed by Romelu Lukaku, lining up for his second debut in the Pensioners’ colors:

Then shortly thereafter, James became a scorer, clinging to Mason Mount’s precise pass to pick the far corner with poise:

‘Stand up…’

However, as described above, before Chelsea opened the scoring for the night at the Emirates courtesy of Lukaku, there came a short-lived moment of unison from rival fans in attendance.

This came in the form of a chant, for both Arsenal and Chelsea fans, to sing an interpretation of:

‘Get up, you hate Tottenham’
