Chelsea legend John Terry sends message to Kurt Zouma about Tottenham transfer

Chelsea legend John Terry sends message to Kurt Zouma about Tottenham transfer

Zouma’s 2020/21

Kurt Zouma had a fairly mixed 2020/21 campaign. It started with the Frenchman, a key figure in Frank Lampard.

However, when Thomas Tuchel took the reins in late January, Zouma began to see his playing time reduced.

The Frenchman did not appear in Tuchel’s first five league games as Chelsea manager, and would complete 90 minutes only seven times at the PL under his new boss.

Following his limited action under Tuchel, reports began to emerge in early July suggesting that Zouma was expected to leave Chelsea this summer:

Zouma linked to Chelsea’s departure

Later in the month, we would see West Ham United linked with the Sky Sports News cap.

Since then, there has been no movement, of course, and reports have emerged this week that another London-based club is interested in Zouma.

These reports come once again from Sky, who credited Tottenham with an interest in the Chelsea player:

Terry’s message to Zouma

Since the Zouma-Tottenham ties emerged, one man has certainly made his feelings on the subject known.

That man is Chelsea legend and former center-back John Terry.

Sky Sports News would post about the Spurs’ interest in Zouma on their official Instagram page.

This would lead to Terry commenting on the post, tagging Zouma’s official account and writing ‘Don’t do it’, followed by an eye emoji and a blue heart.
