A new perspective on Martin Odegaard’s possible return to Arsenal will be posted online on Friday.
Norwegian creator Odegaard spent the second half of last season practicing in North London.
After fighting for playing time following his return to parent club Real Madrid last summer, it was decided that another loan period outside the Bernabéu would be the best for his development.
In turn, Arsenal, clamoring for creativity, swooped in to secure a 6-month loan deal for the 22-year-old.
Odegaard subsequently went on to enjoy something of an unpredictable spell at the Emirates, showing off his unquestionable talent in stellar displays against players like West Ham and Brighton.

However, these performances were too often followed by ineffective and poor starts by the Norwegian international.
In turn, it was not a huge surprise when speculation about Arsenal’s interest in making Odegaard’s stay permanent began to fade towards the end of the season.
Are Arsenal back?
The midfielder, as a result, finally returned to Madrid last month, with initial reports having suggested that Whites coach Carlo Ancelotti had every intention of making use of Odegaard’s talent during the upcoming season.
However, in recent days there has been an increase in the word to the contrary.
And, on Friday, a number of notable updates on the situation have surfaced online.
First, Real Madrid dropped an important clue that Odegaard has failed to make the kind of preseason impression necessary to carve out a place in the club’s first-team setup, by omitting the 22-year-old from the club’s roster entirely. for Saturday he will face Alavés in La Liga.
Then, just hours later, a number of reliable sources confirmed that Arsenal had launched a new offer to lure their former loaner star back to the club.
It is understood that the Madrid Board of Trustees, for its part, seeks a fee of between 40 and 50 million euros for Odegaard’s signature.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, for his part, has sure that the midfielder would seize the opportunity to return to the Emirates in the coming weeks, with Gunners expert Chris Wheatley having given a glimpse of Mikel Arteta and co’s decision. to turn your attentions to Odegaard:
Arsenal have roughly £ 40 million to spend on a number 10 before player sale.
Odegaard is a more financially viable deal and costs around £ 20 million cheaper than Maddison.
